As someone who has never worn a sleep mask before, I don’t have much to compare it to, but this mask has been everything I didn’t know I needed! I’m a wicked light sleeper, and this covers my ears enough to muffle sounds, and it’s very very relaxing to have it wrapped around my head at night! Blocks out light, and does exactly what it’s meant to! I do have to put my hair up at night to keep it on my eyes… whenever I sleep with my hair down, it ends up around my neck in the morning, but I feel like if you got one that wasn’t silk, it wouldn’t be an issue! Happy sleeping!

Perfect with my CPAP
It took a while to convince myself to pay the price, but im so glad I did! It’s so soft and light I barely feel it. Best of all, it fits perfectly with my cpap nose mask to not only block all light but add extra comfort. My dad bought me my first sleep mask when I was 16. Forty years later, I’ve had many many masks. I can honestly say this is my favorite.
